VITON SERVICES is VITON13’s support and delivery system for digital work: design, development, marketing, video, and
operational help. The goal is predictable delivery: clear scope, transparent milestones, and a final handoff you can
publish, scale, or maintain.
Best practice
The fastest projects happen when inputs are complete: goals, references, deadlines, brand assets, and access rights.
Intake & briefing
Every service starts with intake: we define the task, constraints, and success metrics. We confirm what you want to ship
(deliverables), what you already have (assets), and what must be produced from scratch.
1
Goal: what outcome you need (e.g., launch page, store module, onboarding).
2
References: screenshots, links, mood, competitor examples (1:1 is allowed).
Brand logo (SVG/PNG), color tokens, typography, product photos, copy text, access to domains/hosting/admin, and any
existing code blocks (T123, ZeroBlock exports, etc.).
Plan & estimate
After intake, we produce a plan: scope boundaries, phases, timeline, and acceptance criteria. This prevents scope creep
and makes the delivery predictable.
Scope: what is included vs. out of scope.
Milestones: draft → iteration → final.
Definition of done: what “ready” means for your launch.
Risks: missing assets, blocked access, or late feedback windows.
Production process
Work is executed in short cycles. You receive a preview or a staged handoff and can confirm alignment before we finalize.
For Tilda pages, this usually means scoped HTML/CSS/JS blocks that do not affect the rest of the site.
Feedback windows
Faster feedback leads to faster shipping. If feedback is delayed, timelines shift accordingly.
Asset quality
Low-resolution images and incomplete copy reduce the final quality. We can recommend upgrades if needed.
Access & permissions
If we cannot access a platform account or repository, we will provide a copy-paste handoff, and you can deploy it.
Delivery & handoff
Delivery includes the final assets and instructions. For websites: responsive behavior, performance notes, and safe
integration steps. For content: exports and usage guidelines. For ongoing work: a maintenance plan.
