Use a deliverable address (avoid restricted PO boxes when not supported).
If your region requires customs data, provide it accurately.
Delivery clarity
A successful checkout creates an order record. Shipping confirmation may arrive after inventory allocation.
Order tracking
After dispatch, your order may receive a tracking number. Tracking status updates depend on carrier scans and can take
time to appear. If the status does not update for an extended period, contact support with your order reference.
Tracking tip
Carrier systems often update overnight. Check again after 12–24 hours if the label was just created.
