SEO summary
VITON ID security includes account verification, password reset, session management, and optional two-step protection to keep your VITON13 profile, orders, and bonuses safe.

Account verification

Verification helps protect your account and prevents unauthorized access. You may be asked to confirm your email, phone, or recent activity—especially after a password change or sign-in from a new device.

  • Check your inbox and spam folder for verification messages.
  • Make sure the email/phone on your profile is current.
  • If codes don’t arrive, wait a few minutes and try again.
Important
Never share verification codes with anyone. VITON13 support will not ask for your code or password.

Reset or change password

If you forgot your password or suspect suspicious activity, reset it immediately. Choose a new password that is long, unique, and not used on other websites.

1
Go to the VITON ID sign-in page and select “Forgot password”.
2
Complete verification using email or phone.
3
Set a new password and sign in again.
Note: for security, you may be signed out of other devices after a password reset.

Active sessions & devices

If you sign in from multiple devices, VITON ID can keep your sessions active for convenience. If a device is lost or shared, sign out remotely and update your password.

  • Review your recent sign-ins and devices.
  • Sign out of sessions you don’t recognize.
  • After sign-out, reset your password as a precaution.

Two-step security (2FA)

Two-step security adds an additional layer to VITON ID. Even if someone learns your password, they can’t access your account without the second factor (for example, a one-time code).

I can’t receive the one-time code
Check phone signal, email access, spam folder, and confirm your number/email is correct.
A device is asking for verification again
This can happen after updates or security checks. Complete verification to continue.
I think my account was compromised
Change your password immediately, sign out of unknown sessions, and contact support by email if needed.
