Privacy and data use at VITON13.
This page explains how VITON13 handles contact information, account data, session continuity, cookies, and public interactions such as journal comments.
What information may be collected
When you create a VITON ID, contact the team, or use account-connected features, VITON13 may process your name, email address, profile details, session information, and the content you submit through public features.
How information is used
Information is used to provide account access, keep the cabinet and session state working, answer support requests, moderate public comments, and improve platform stability and security.
Cookies, consent, and session continuity
The site may use cookies or local browser storage for session continuity, consent preferences, and a smoother user experience. Public pages may also use consent banners to acknowledge cookie use.
Comments and public submissions
Posts, profile information, messages intended for recipients, and journal comments may be visible to other people according to the audience you choose. Your public-facing account identity may be shown next to public submissions.
Infrastructure and data protection
VITON13 uses service providers such as Firebase for authentication and account profiles, hosting providers for the website and API, and notification infrastructure for device alerts. These providers process only the data needed to deliver their services and must protect it consistently with this policy and applicable law.
How long data is kept and how to delete it
Account data is retained while your VITON ID is active and only as long as needed for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or support obligations afterward. You can permanently delete your account inside the VIT iOS app under Settings → Delete Account. This removes the Firebase account, Firestore profile, and reserved VITON ID; you may also contact the privacy inbox for access, correction, or deletion requests.
