Prepare for your first learning session
Start with the programme conditions and your own project. The school confirms dates, format and final scope with each learner before payment, so use that confirmation to prepare rather than assuming that an order immediately unlocks lessons.
What you need

- The school's reply or your order number
- A short learning goal
Review what you will build
Read the course outcomes, modules and final artifacts. Write one or two sentences describing a project that would make the course useful to you. Use the same goal when discussing your learner profile.
Confirm the practical arrangements
Ask the school to confirm the start, learning format and how you will receive materials or joining instructions. State your available time and current experience rather than treating a planner choice as an agreed schedule.
Ask about tools before buying them
List any tools or subscriptions mentioned in the programme that you do not already have. Ask what is required for your course and whether anything must be purchased separately. A tool name in a syllabus does not itself give you a licence.
Keep the instructions together
Save the school's reply, order number and project description. Check that the contact email and learner details are correct so access questions can be traced to the same request.
Course checkout has no delivery address when the bag contains only courses; receiving materials is arranged through the school's confirmed format.
If it doesn't work
The start is approaching but instructions are missing
Contact the school with the course name, order number and agreed start. Explain exactly which joining or material-access instructions you are missing.
