Stop marketing emails
Use the unsubscribe link in a VITON13 announcement email to stop marketing messages for the account that received it.
What you need
- An announcement email sent to the address you want to unsubscribe
Open an announcement email
Open a VITON13 news or announcement email and scroll to its footer. If you cannot find one or need help identifying the message, contact support.
Use its unsubscribe link
Select the unsubscribe link in the email footer. The link is specific to the receiving account and does not require sign-in. If your mail app offers its own unsubscribe action, you can use that.
Check the result
Look for the unsubscribe confirmation. If the link fails, try the full link from the original message. If it still fails, contact support from the receiving address and identify the mailing.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not delete your V13 ID account or stop service messages about orders and requests. There is currently no mailing switch in cabinet settings.
