Find the right service for your task

Start with the result you need, then use the service catalogue to find a suitable direction and a focused service.

What you need

  • A short description of your goal
  • A link or example of what you already have
  1. Describe the result

Write one sentence about what should exist when the work is finished: a website, a visual identity, a video or improved product listings. Add who will use it. This gives you something concrete to compare with each service.

  2. Open a service direction

Open Services and choose the direction closest to that result. Read the available services within the direction; a broad category can contain several different tasks.

  3. Check the scope

Open the individual service page. Compare its description and package contents with your intended result. Note anything you need that is not explicitly included, such as extra formats, languages or integrations.

  4. Explain any uncertainty

Use the service request form to describe your current situation and desired outcome. If the package selector offers an advice option, use it when you cannot choose confidently. Include the unresolved points in your brief before sending.

A service title alone does not confirm that every part of your project is included.

If it doesn't work

Your project spans several directions

List the main deliverable first and explain which other work depends on it. Send that overview through the contact brief so the team can help clarify the scope.
