Compare and choose a service package

Compare what each package includes before choosing the timing for your request.

What you need

  • The service you want
  • A list of essential deliverables
  1. Compare the contents

Open your service page and read the package descriptions. Check the deliverables, scope and any stated limits. Match them to your essential requirements instead of choosing from the price alone.

  2. Select a package

In the request form, select the package that fits. If you are unsure and an advice option is available, keep that option and explain what you need in the brief. A focused service page may offer only one package.

  3. Check the timing options

Read the standard or express options shown in the form. Check the displayed package and price after changing an option. Ask the studio to confirm availability for your requested date.

  4. Review the complete request

Check the package, delivery option and timeline together before sending. Explicitly mention additional deliverables or requirements that you could not match to the package. Ask the team to confirm how those affect scope and price.

Express priority is reviewed and quoted separately after the scope is checked.

If it doesn't work

No package fully matches

Choose the advice option if offered, or explain the mismatch in the brief. List the missing deliverables so the team can discuss them before work is agreed.
