Edit your account profile

Manage your name, photo, location and description from the Profile section of your cabinet.

What you need

  • A signed-in V13 ID account
  • The profile details you want to change

  1. Open Profile

    Open your cabinet and select Profile. Use Edit profile if the profile summary is shown.

  2. Update the relevant fields

    Edit your name, city, country, wardrobe focus or description. Use the photo control to change your avatar. Review what you entered before saving.

  3. Save and check the result

    Submit the profile form and wait for the saved confirmation. If your session has expired, sign in again before retrying. Phone verification is a separate action: typing a number and saving the profile does not verify it.

Public profile fields can be visible to other members. Your account email, phone, orders and settings are not part of that public profile.
