Attach files to a service request

Use the file picker in the service request form to include supporting documents and images with your brief.

What you need

  • PDF, JPG, PNG, WebP or TXT files
  • Up to 3 files: 1.5 MB each and 3 MB combined
  1. Prepare the files

Check each file opens and contains the intended version. Remove unrelated pages or private information that the project does not need. Compress large images or export a shorter PDF while keeping text readable.

  2. Find the attachment field

Open the relevant service page and its full request form. Use the file chooser below the brief, links, deadline and budget fields. These instructions apply to that form, not every chat composer.

  3. Check the selected list

Select your files and review the names and sizes displayed. Use the remove button beside any wrong file. Check the complete list again if you add more files; all selected files count toward the limits.

  4. Send the complete brief

Fill in the required project and contact details, then send once. Wait for the success message. Selecting files on your device alone does not send a request.

Attachments are encrypted in the browser before upload. Only include material you are permitted to share.

If it doesn't work

A file is rejected

Check the file type, individual size and combined size. Renaming an unsupported file extension does not convert it. Export to a supported format, or remove the file and provide an appropriate reference link instead.
