Request a return, cancellation or refund review

Use the official contact route to ask for a review of a specific order. The published Sales & Refunds page says the outcome can depend on the product type, delivery state, access status and circumstances of the order.

What you need

  • Order number and checkout email
  • What you received or accessed
  • The outcome you are requesting
  1. Read the published terms

Open Sales & Refunds and review the order guidance. Keep any terms or written agreement supplied specifically for your purchase, because the general page does not specify one return window for every product.

  2. Describe the current situation

State whether the order has been delivered, is still being arranged, or concerns digital access. Explain what you want: cancellation, a return assessment, or a review of money already paid.

  3. Send one complete request

Use the contact page to email the team. Include the order number, relevant product, purchase email and a concise reason. If payment is relevant, provide its reference with sensitive details hidden.

  4. Get instructions for the next action

Ask what information is missing and whether a return is accepted. Obtain the applicable return address and handling instructions before arranging shipment; do not assume the original sender address is the return destination.

The general policy does not promise an automatic refund or a fixed processing deadline.

If it doesn't work

There is no order number

Give the checkout email, approximate date, product and any confirmation you have. Explain that the number is missing so support can start from those details.
