Find a request you already sent
The place to find your request depends on whether you used your V13 ID, the direct line or a contact form.
What you need
- The email or account used for the request
- The service name and approximate sending date
Identify how you sent it
Recall whether you signed in, wrote in the direct-line panel, or submitted a form for an email reply. A guest request does not automatically become a request in every account you later use.
Match the project
Compare the service name, package and last message with your project before continuing. Keep any reference number from the original confirmation so the team can distinguish similar requests.
I used my V13 ID
Look in the account used when you started the request.
Open Requests
Sign in, open Requests and select the all-requests filter. Use Refresh, then open the matching service row. A filter showing only requests needing attention can hide other conversations.
I used the direct line
Return to the original service page.
Use the same browser or email link
Open the service in the browser and device you used before; the direct line saves access there. If you received a reply email with a return link, use that link to reopen the conversation. Keep it private.
I sent an email-reply form
Look in the mailbox entered in the form.
Find the reply
Search that mailbox for the service or studio name, including spam. If there is no reply, use the contact page with your original reference and details; do not assume the request must appear in the cabinet.
An empty cabinet alone does not prove that a guest or email request failed.
If it doesn't work
You still cannot find it
Contact the team with the sending email, service, approximate date and any reference. Explain which route you used and ask them to locate the original request.
