Fix a service request that did not send

Use the message beside the form to decide what to correct before trying again.

What you need

  • The page where you tried to send
  • A copy of your brief and the visible error
  1. Keep your work

Copy your brief before reloading or leaving the page. Note whether you saw a success message, a request reference or an error. If success appeared, check the existing request or your email before submitting another.

  2. Correct the named fields

For a field error, check all required project fields, name and email. Remove spaces or typing errors in the email address. For an attachment error, check the supported formats and size limits or remove the attachment to retry without it.

  3. Handle connection and limit errors

If the message mentions the connection, check your network and try again after it is restored. If it says too many requests, wait and try later. Repeated clicking does not clear the limit.

  4. Escalate a repeated failure

If the form still fails, open Contact and use the published email link. Include the service page, approximate attempt time, exact error and whether a reference was shown. Keep passwords and verification codes out of the message.

A filled form or selected file is not a submission confirmation.

If it doesn't work

You cannot tell if it sent

Check the relevant conversation or the email used in the form. When contacting the team, say delivery is uncertain and ask them to check before treating it as a new project.
